More remdies for Constipation

Prunes are dried plums .They are very high in iron and an extremely good remedy for constipation.

Papaya has an enzyme called papain. Its minerals help reduce cell waste and eliminate stomach and colon mucus.

Plums are filled with minerals and have a mild laxative effect. They relieve gases and have a cleansing effect on the intestines.


Raspberries are high in vitamin C and Vitamin A,magnesium ,calcium and iron. They are very helpful in clearing constipation.

They contain variety of vitamins and minerals, have good fiber contained. They are also high in magnesium and are very good to relive constipation.

Spices like asafoetida,cumin powder,fennel and coriander aid digestion and speed up bowel movement.
